I love homemade bread; but for some reason, I always find reasons to NOT make it. Why is that? It is relatively easy to make, although it does take time to let it rise, but is that enough of an excuse to not make it? The smell is indescribable... and delicious, and then when it comes out of the oven, even though it says to let it cool, there is little better than a warm slice of homemade bread fresh out of the oven with some really good jam on it... mmmmm....
